We were on our way to vote today when I told Taylor what I was doing. She replied, "Remember it's Mccain Momma, NOT Rock Obama." Well Taylor I do hope Mccain Rocks Obama's world tonight!
We were with our Somali girls tonight and they all "voted" at school today - for Rock, of course. So I asked them what made them choose "Rock" and Amina said (and I quote!) "we don't know anything about Obama or where he's from. We just voted for him because everyone else was. That's all we know." Yep - there you have it.
that's my niece! she makes me proud!!!! by the way, you are so lucky that it only took you 15 min. to vote! it took us close to 3 hours. tuesday was an emotional day for me, but i have since recovered!

Too funny! She's much more with it than Grace who thinks I voted for Polly Pockets today... who actually might make a better president than Rock.
